By using GitHubber, a Discord bot that allows users to interact with the GitHub API from Discord, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use GitHubber.

2.2. You agree not to misuse or abuse GitHubber, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Using GitHubber for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

2.3. We reserve the right to blacklist users or servers that violate these Terms from using GitHubber.

3. Limitation of Liability

GitHubber is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of GitHubber.

4. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue GitHubber at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GitHubber after any changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
